My name is Irena P. Biedka-Whitton. I was born in South Wales, although my heritage is Polish. I had a successful career in London, as an editorial/graphic designer, prior to becoming a therapist. For the past 4 years, I have been a practising psychotherapeutic counsellor in Surbiton. I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I am interested in working with people from all backgrounds.
I work with individuals on an open-ended basis - or for an agreed time period eg 6; 8; 10 or 12 sessions - with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully. I also offer bereavement counselling to couples.
