I specialise in relationship issues and bereavement counselling and psychotherapy, for individuals and couples in Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey. I also offer clinical supervision to qualified and trainee therapists or those working in caring professions. I am an Integrative-Relational Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with experience of working with clients in public and private sector settings, including: EAPs; Motor Insurance; the NHS and Private Medical Insurance

My name is Irena P. Biedka-Whitton - BACP Accredited Member. I was born in South Wales, although my heritage is Polish. I had a successful career in London, as an editorial/graphic designer, prior to becoming a therapist. For the past 10 years, I have been a practising psychotherapeutic counsellor in Kingston, Surrey. I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment. I am interested in working with clients from all backgrounds.

I work with individuals and couples on an open-ended basis - or for an agreed time period eg 6; 8; 10 or 12 sessions - with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully. I also have experience in bereavement counselling specifically for couples.
