Few things in life are certain and that in itself can be daunting - particularly when you're having, or have had, a challenging time. Fortunately, change is certain and often therapy can act as a catalyst for positive change. My core interests are: self esteem/confidence and relationships. Who we are, and what we do, not only defines us to others but also to ourselves. Relationships either make the world a happier place, or not. We are all unique, as are our relationships. On that basis, I endeavour to provide bespoke counselling and psychotherapy, for individuals and couples in Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey. I also offer clinical supervision to qualified and trainee therapists or those working in caring professions. I am an Integrative-Relational Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with experience of working as a therapist and/or as a senior clinician with clients in public and private sector settings, including: EAPs; Motor Insurance; the NHS and Private Medical Insurance
